Our Commitment
At Soléna, the quality of our formulations is at the heart of everything we do. Because each product is carefully crafted and made to order, we are unable to accept refunds or returns for reasons other than a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only available when an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described. To be eligible, please ensure that:
- The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Photo or video documentation of the defect is provided.
- The product remains unused aside from the discovered defect.
How to Request Support
If you believe your order qualifies for a refund, contact our Client Care team at support@solena.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting imagery. Our specialists will review your request within 2 business days and provide next steps, which may include a prepaid return label or a replacement shipment.
Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to honor refund requests that stem from change of mind, personal preference, or sensitivities that were not previously disclosed. Customized items, promotional gifts, and products marked as final sale are also ineligible for refunds unless they arrive defective.
